
Terms and Conditions for The Ivy Rental Accommodations.

1. Introduction
Welcome to The Ivy Rental Accommodations. located in the Central Region, Cape Coast Ghana South of the Gulf of Guinea West Africa At High Road Elima Opp Elima Beach Resort Cape Coast West Africa Ghana. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your stay at our property The Ivy. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Reservation and Payment

2.1. Booking: Reservations must be made through one of the trusted website or travel Agents, Expedia, Vacation Rental.com, Bluepillow.com Booking.com, Holiday Rental.co.uk, tripadvisor.con, vacationrenter.com and Airbnb's. All bookings are subject to availability.

2.2. Payment: Payment must be completed through as stated above. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded following an inspection after checkout, provided no damage or Terms violations are found.

2.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must comply with our and associates cancellation policy for our property. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined on platforms.
3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 12pm. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3.2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. House Rules

4.1. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

4.3. Noise: Maintain noise levels to respect neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am

4.4. Parties and Events: Parties or small gatherings birthday celebration are allowed, prior approval must obtained from the The Ivy Rental Accommodations.
5. Responsibilities and Liability

5.1. Guest Responsibilities: Guests must treat the property with care and respect. Any damage or excessive mess caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account. Any broken items by guest must be reported immediately by guest to the Management or a member of staff.

5.2. Liability for Damage: Guests are liable for any damage or loss to the property and its contents. The security deposit will be used to cover any such damage, with any remaining costs charged to the guest.

5.3. Liability for Injury: The host is not liable for any personal injury or property loss sustained by guests. Guests should ensure they have adequate insurance coverage.
6. Use of Facilities

6.1. Kitchen: Guests may use the kitchen facilities and must clean up after use.

6.2. Appliances and Utilities: Use all appliances and utilities according to provided instructions. Report any malfunctions immediately.
7. Security and Safety

7.1. Security: Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. Keys should not be given to persons not staying at the Ivy Rental Accommodations. There is 24 hour security guard on site, the compound and common areas all have CCTV cameras on the property.

7.2. Safety: Guests should familiarize themselves with the location of safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits). The host is not liable for accidents or injuries on the property.
8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1. Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to the The Ivy Rental Accommodations promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve issues quickly.

8.2. Disputes: Disputes will be resolved according to our dispute resolution process.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. Updates: The The Ivy Rental Accommodations reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our platform and will be effective immediately.
10. Governing Law

10.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms will be conducted in the courts of Cape Coast/Accra Jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification

12.1. Guest Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the the Ivy Rental Accommodations from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of or related to their use of the property, including but not limited to injuries or property damage.
13. Insurance

13.1. Guest Insurance: Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover any potential risks, including injury, theft, or damage.
14. Force Majeure

14.1. Unforeseeable Events: The Ivy Rental Accommodations and it's associates is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies.
15. Special Requirements

15.1. Requests: Any special requirements or requests must be communicated to the Ivy Rental Accommodations before or during the stay. The host will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Garbage

16.1 Guest are asked to please used the colour coded Dustbins for waste. Bottles are to be stored inside the apartment and handed over to house keeping the next day.

19.1 Guest can request a maintenance person to fix any broken or damaged items.
